Kim was initially undecided about her embroidered Shane McConnell Couture gown.

" I wanted it to 'WOW' me!" she says. It was only at her second appointment, when Shane stood her in front of the mirror and gave her a glass of champagne, that Kim remembers. I could picture exactly what i'd look like on my wedding day". With the addition of a side split and an altered neckline. Shane gave it the non-traditional feeling that she was after. Says Couturier Shane McConnell, " Kim gown was made pure silk georgette imported from France. The gown was sculptured and corseted to her body, with the fully beaded & embroidered fabric hand moulded over under the dress, so as to form itself into a long, elegant fishtail train."
